We are looking for Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to work with special needs individuals and the elderly in the home to promote safe and healthy daily activities. This position is responsible for providing hands-on personal care to participants within the participant's home and some driving is required to travel between participants' homes. We are looking for workers to help in Fort Collins, Loveland and the surrounding communities with duties including, but not limited to:

• companionship
• meal preparation
• getting groceries
• assisting with ADLs
• light housekeeping
• assisting with walking and transferring
• assisting with bathing
• assisting with personal care

**Note: even though the work is in the Fort Collins area, our main office is in Boulder and if hired, a 1/2 day orientation will be held in Boulder so please take this information into consideration when applying.

A vehicle is required because it does involve driving from participant to participant.
