Eastside Law Firm looking for an Experienced Personal Injury Paralegal
Personal injury experience isstrongly preferred.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with court personnel, other attorneys and their assistants, clients, witnesses.
Solid understanding of Court Rules, basic pleadings, and applicable deadlines.
Strong proficiency with MS Word/Office and the ability to type at least 50 wpm.
An extremely hard-working and efficient personality. -
A stable work history.
The ability to operate independently with limited instruction
The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, and under deadlines
A high level of professionalism and the ability to provide the ultimate in client service.
Key responsibilities:
Draft deposition notices, subpoenas, discovery responses and Pre-Hearing Statements of Proof.
Maintain litigation calendar, including Civil Case Schedule deadlines, depositions, and motion hearings.
Organize all case files and other documentation for paralegals and staff attorneys: keeping all files completely up-to-date

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
