Stedman Fitness is a small business in Stedman, NC. We are commited to providing a well-equiped and comfortable 24 hour gym that allows members to acheive their fitness goals. Our facility has a relaxed and welcoming environment backed by a strong community of members. Over 20 brand new pieces of equipment create the perfect place for members to stay on top of their physical and mental well-being.

We're looking for a Personal Trainer who is dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals. The ideal candidate is personally motivated, takes initiative and enjoys working as part of a team. He or she will also be enthusiastic about teaching and physically active, and will be responsible for providing exercise plans, tracking progress, giving detailed fitness instruction and motivating clients.

Qualifications:

• A passion for fitness and health!
• Up beat and positive attitude
• Punctuality and reliability are a must
• Stedman, NC 28391: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.
• Knowledge of fitness, endurance training, strength/power training and program design, using the tools given to optimize client results

Responsibilities:

• Assists with development and implementation of member engagement.
• Generate leads for new clients
• Choosing a suitable training program for the client's goals and needs.
• Demonstrate proper exercise form and technique.
• Demonstrate proper exercises for the client to complete on their own.
• Demonstrate proper diet and nutrition.
• Clearly communicate their goals, potential obstacles, and progress to the client.
• Set and meet the client's goals.
• Adhere to laws and regulations concerning personal training.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
