Our treatment setting is intimate with a high staff-to-client ratio, and an emphasis on individual therapy and highly-individualized treatment.

We now seek a Full Time Primary Care Physician to join us as leader of the medical staff at Rosewood Centers for Eating Disorders in Wickenburg, AZ, northwest of the Phoenix/Scottsdale metropolitan area. Rosewood Centers is a member of the Monte Nido & Affiliates network.

Responsibilities Include:

• Admissions, to include H&Ps.
• Participate in Discharge Planning.
• Round daily on the inpatient unit.
• Document promptly and properly.
• Attend to minor, acute complaints.
• Consult with referring physicians to manage chronic conditions (e.g., IDDM).
• Order transfers when indicated.
• Participate in call rotation.

Qualifications:

• Unencumbered Arizona medical license (MD or DO).
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in a Primary Care discipline (FM, IM, EM, etc.).
• Hospitalist or Critical Care experience is preferred, along with comfort in an outpatient setting.
• DEA privileges.
• Collaborative personality, as interacting with other physicians and other disciplines is necessary.
