Job Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

At F2B Services, the client always comes first. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing an array of functions that may include receiving, testing and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse as well as creating new products and thinking of new solutions.

ROLE

The Production Associate reports to the Warehouse Supervisor at F2B Services. Production Associates assist with preparing F2B stock for shipping to various national and international locations. Associates are responsible for meeting deadlines, keeping the warehouse in order, assisting other associates and complying with warehouse rules and regulations. Travel to event hubs such as Las Vegas, Orlando, Texas, LA, and others may be required depending on jobs. Production Associates should expect to have autonomy and think creatively for new products being developed. Travel will be required and frequent dependent on demand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area

• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer

• Assist in counting of physical inventory
• Builds and manufactures new Product variations
• Learns how to build and standardize current product line

• Constructs LED structures from LED panels and loads software and content onto structure
• Expected to go through LED technician training
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat

(sweep, dust and mop)

• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness
• Wear proper safety equipment
• Travel to event locations and tradeshows frequently to install/breakdown F2B products
• Perform onsite support for events
• Additional duties as required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Regularly required to use hands to fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk and hear
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs
• Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs with a pallet jack and lift gate
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close-up vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
• Occasionally work with power tools.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-2 years previous warehouse experience preferred
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Must be dependable and reliable
• Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills preferred
• Sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
• Desire to mentor other colleagues after refining your skill set
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Work well with others
