Established over 34 years ago, E-filliate, Inc. is a fast-paced, dynamic mobile accessories manufacturer based in Rancho Cordova. We conceive, design, engineer, proto-type, manufacture, test, and distribute products to large retailers nationwide. Our primary brands include Tech & Go, Fusebox, and DEWALT Mobile Solutions which are available in a wide range of vendors from grocery to large hardware/lumber retailers. We also sell and distribute directly to online consumers through channels such as Amazon, Walmart.com, and our own e-commerce site. We are seeking experienced candidates for a full-time Project/Product Manager position. Ideal candidates will possess a desire to work with innovative consumer electronic products and can work with multiple team members to achieve desired results.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Roadmap new product launches; integrate usability studies and market analysis

· Develop new programs/products including researching, sourcing, sample review, production timeline, and quality

· Analyze sales across multiple markets (online, in-store, etc.) to determine customer needs and inform the creation of programs that will boost sales

· Define product vision and strategy, using a metrics driven product development approach, crafting product specifications, user scenarios, and preliminary product concepts

· Prepare and review program analysis using data to motivate changes and produce results

· Utilize our Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Project Management software to oversee project timelines and ensure the completion of appropriate milestones

· Effectively communicate expectations with our internal graphics, sales, and marketing teams to manage products, program ideas, and concepts

· Work directly with China office counterpart to ensure clear communication and prevent avoidable delays

• Confident in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage ambiguity, change, and parallel priorities
• Easily adapts to swift directional shifts while remaining calm under pressure
• Comfortable prioritizing and managing competing demands while maintaining attention to detail
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking with urgency and problem-solving skills
• Approaches tasks with optimism and a forward-thinking attitude
• Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to perform web analyses and interpreting test results and drawing conclusions

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ relevant work experience regarding marketing/product development

· Experience in product development, strategic planning, and implementation preferred

· High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Effective English verbal and written communication skills (fluency in standard Mandarin is a plus)
