Property Manager Job at Adobe Suites Condos
Seeking an off-site property manager for a 19 unit long-term rental condominium complex. Duties include: vetting new tenants and signing new leases; responding to maintenance and emergency issues and coordinating with local vendors to resolve; maintaining records and documentation for bookkeeping and accounting purposes. Individual should have excellent organizational skills as well as communication skills - both verbal and written. Position is off-site currently but can turn into an on-site position if desired.
