Race Car Mechanic Job at In-N-Out
We have an excellent opportunity for a fulltime Drag
Race Car Mechanic based in our Baldwin Park, CA facilities. The Race Car Mechanic will ensure race vehicles are ready for track, practices, and any other requirements. This position is responsible for inspecting, maintaining and building components of race cars (including engines) and repairing race cars for the racing team. Additionally, this role is also responsible for maintaining classic cars.
This position is a fulltime position Monday through Friday during the racing off season with weekend work involved with the team during racing season.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years fulltime motor drag racing mechanic experience working as part of a race team on high end race engines
- Demonstrated ability to possess high attention to detail
- Experience working under minimal supervision
- Demonstrated knowledge of classic muscle cars
- Welding and fabricating is a strong plus
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is not required, but a plus
- Occasional domestic travel may be required during racing season
