Thorne Crest Senior Living Community, a not-for-profit American Baptist Homes of the Midwest community, is looking for a part time (28 hours per week) RN position in our Skilled Nursing Unit completing resident assessments, wound care management, and floor nursing tasks.

As a Registered Nurse RN at Thorne Crest, you'll perform a critical role in providing high-quality clinical care and services to residents, working in accordance with regulations and established clinical best practices. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of resident care via assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation, developing care plans in collaboration with residents, families and staff, encouraging residents to attain and maintain their highest physical, mental and psycho-social well-being and supervising staff in day-to-day activities.

• Additional shift differential pay up to $2.75/hr
• Sign on Bonus available up to $2,500
• Flexible scheduling for resident assessments and wound care management 4 shifts every two weeks, plus 3 evening floor shifts every 2 weeks

What you will need:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; current Registered Nurse license in Minnesota or current compact state license.
• Long Term Care experience is a plus, but not required; new students are welcome.
• Covid-19 vaccination is required to work in a healthcare setting
