We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care and be able to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing education to patients and their families. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the highest quality of care for all patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in an acute care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and document patient progress.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
