Responsibilities:
- 1:1 with male middle school student
- Student's medical condition requires constant skilled nursing care and support. He utilizes a power wheelchair for mobility.
- He requires parent and physician approved direct nursing care in regard to: ventilation management, tracheostomy care and management, G-tube nutrition, medication administration, care of incontinence, skin integrity, position changes, and the general monitoring of his physical health condition.
