About The Role

The Higgins Group is looking to expand the research team to help meet the extreme level of demand for our services in the life science industry. As a Research Associate, you are an integral part of the search team, working closely with the Consultant and Client Manager to provide exceptional research strategies, candidates, and market data.

Responsibilities Include:

• Execute the implementation and maintenance of research strategies for each search
• Provide high-level marketplace research and analysis of industry, companies, and therapeutic areas
• Leverage our client and candidate databases by qualifying and extracting information from multiple data sources to provide crisp candidate target lists
• Regularly update internal database, Invenias, with key searchable attributes to uphold data integrity
• Provide guidance to the company regarding tools and techniques needed to optimize research deliverables
• Actively participate in research department and company growth discussions

• Life science and or/recruiting background is valued but not required
• Prior experience using Invenias software is valued but not required
