We have an opening for every weekend, 4 weekends per month, as a Weekend Warrior Plus, AM/PM Med Tech/Resident Assistant, in our Memory Care Facility, Bethel Oaks and our Assisted Living Facility, Maplewood Terrace. Secure, safe environment, working with a strong support system! You would work 2 weekends per month at Maplewood and 2 weekends per month at Oaks.
As a Resident Assistant you will provide supervision for residents, be responsible for all medication passing, and function as a member of the support team. You will assume responsibility of the day to day operation of the facility. You will provide a clean, safe, and social environment for the tenants. The Resident Assistant also provides personal and supportive cares to the tenants under the supervision and guidance of the Coordinator and the RN, in accordance with the plan of care. Resident Assistant's receive a competitive wage, plus shift differential and have the opportunity for regular reviews with the potential for wage increases.
