Opportunity

Come join our team at KOHLER Original Recipe Chocolates' newest location - inside Kohler Waters Spa, Lincoln Park. The team at KOHLER Original Recipe Chocolates offers the finest handcrafted chocolates, from the original buttery Terrapins to the light and beautiful Rare Facets, now in the heart of a bustling Windy City neighborhood.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Greet all customers and take customer orders accurately
• Operate coffee making equipment
• Prepare and present beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards
• Serve prepared food items
• Record and accurately process purchases
• Collect and process payments from the customer including cash, credit and debit cards
• Maintain clean and hygienic work area
• Dismantle and clean machinery as needed
• Display merchandise in an attractive and functional manner
• Monitor and order inventory
• Stock inventory according to storage requirements
• Complete opening and closing duties for each shift

This is a Part-Time position, shifts are primarily 9:30 am – 6:30 pm, weekdays and weekends.

Skills/Requirements

• Prior hotel/lodging experience is helpful, but not necessary
• Candidate must tolerate being on their feet for the majority of the day and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
