About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated Retail Marketing Coordinator to assist with logistics for our shop-in- shop and merchandising program. This position reports to the Sr Retail Marketing Manager. Strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills and resourcefulness are critical in this fast-paced department. Cross-functional partners include Sales, Customer Service, Distribution, Marketing Creative and suppliers.
Please Note: Ariat’s corporate headquarters will be relocating from Union City, CA to San Leandro, CA spring of 2023.
You’ll Make a Difference By
- Supporting Retail Marketing Team with brand shop logistics by organizing files, ordering materials, and providing installation instructions. Tasks include: Ensuring all shop documents are received from Sales Team and file/track accordingly; Partnering with the Sales Rep and Install teams to develop and maintain the shop schedule and deliverables; Sending relevant documents to Shop Installation vendor to create Statement of Work; Reviewing SOW and distribute to Sales and Installation Teams; Overseeing order tracking for all shop orders to ensure on-time delivery; Reviewing installation reports and photos and save to applicable folders; Placing follow up orders as needed; Supplying information to cross functional partners as needed for ROI analysis
- Help oversee 3rdparty merchandising vendor. Assist with scheduling, order placement and tracking, on-site direction and reporting. Download and review merchandising visit summaries, help to evaluate reports, and coordinate any follow up necessary.
- Manage production and fulfillment of seasonal in store materials
- Manage the design and development of the marketing materials catalog and order forms.
- Ensure Retail Marketing materials are up-to-date on the Marketing Asset Library
- Partner with Sourcing to oversee inventory levels on a bi-weekly basis for re-order or replacement.
About You
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once and deliver projects according to timelines
- Must have strong organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook a must. Adobe Professional experience a plus
- Some previous retail experience preferred
- BA or BS required

The hourly range for this position is $29 - $32 per hour.
The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. Ariat in good faith believes that this posted compensation range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
