Essential Functions of the Role:

• Follow test plan and procedures.
• Perform functional test of RF components, RF systems and various hardware.
• Perform Factory Acceptance Test from initial power up through final test.
• Identify problems to be investigated if necessary.
• Support the debugging and troubleshooting of amplifiers and/or components.
• Other duties as requested by management.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Test and repair a wide range of RF amplifiers and/or subcomponents.
• Provide technical support to the Production and quality department and its customers.
• Tune and/or optimize RF amplifiers and sub components.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minor Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide logging of all troubles/issues and first pass yield.

Key Competencies:

• Proficient in lab equipment (Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Meter, etc.).
• Able to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Self-motivated.
• Team player that is able to multi task.
• Good understand of manufacturing documentation (Assembly Drawings, Test procedures, Maintain data log files).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• AS Degree in Electronics.
• 3 yr. minimum electronic lab experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to stand or sit for an extended period of time.

• Shift Hours: M-F, Daily Overtime and Occasional Saturdays

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
