Our Sales & Service Tire Technicians install, repair and maintain all tire sizes from the smallest cart tire to the largest earth mover tire, including passenger, light truck, commercial, farm, industrial and mining tires.
We also install and service batteries, perform lube, oil and filter services, as well as road side service calls.
Primary Responsibilities:
Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license required
- Experience in the tire industry a plus but not required, on-the-job training provided.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, and a willingness to learn are a must.
- Selected applicants will be required to submit to and successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Record, background check, and pre-employment drug testing.
- Selected applicants must be willing to adhere to a company policy that would require them to maintain a certain appearance at work, such as being clean shaven, clean haircut, covered tattoos and visible piercings removed.
