Job Summary

Custom Paints Inc is an innovative and growing custom paint company. We’re are a family-owned company that’s looking for a confident, enthusiastic individual with attention to detail to join our team.

This position will be part of our Distribution and Front Desk team, where you will need to answer the phones, take orders and assisting customers in the show room. You will be required to assist in packing orders with attention to detail. You may be asked to help other team members with with other jobs when required. This job will require you to learn about our colors/products to ensure customers get the correct information.

Having a keen interest in the Automotive or paint industry will be advantage. Having experience in packing/shipping would be a benefit but training will be provided.

General Accountabilities/Duties

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service,
• Answering the Phone and taking orders.
• Packing products with attention to detail: Must pay close attention to shipping address and what's listed on the invoice when packing,
• Booking out orders,
• Listing items on Ebay, Amazon and shopify
• Answer and reply to emails.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently (e.g., lifting multiple 50-pound containers off of the assembly line; stacking products on pallets; pulling and packing for shipping).
• Appearance - Maintains a professional appearance appropriate for the daily activity,
• Upbeat and positive attitude!
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High school diploma
• Computer skills are essential
• Must have reliable transportation

This is a new position for the company, so we maybe flexible on hours depending on the candidate,

Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
