We have (2) immediate openings for full-time Inside Sales Representative. We are looking for highly motivated candidates who report to work on a daily and timely basis, are results driven and consistently model an above average performance. Competitive pay with the opportunity to earn bi-monthly bonuses and commissions. (1) year of sales experience preferred but not required. Being in a recession proof industry allows us to continue to grow our team despite the current economic climate. Ideal candidates should also possess these qualities:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
Fluent communicating in English. Spanish a plus.
Great problem solving and negotiation skills.
Not afraid to work hard and enjoys overcoming difficult tasks all day every day.
Likes uncapped earning potential that reflects hard work.
Assertive, diligent, and aggressive worker.
Conduct intensive research in locating company owners and contacts.
Documents conversation and arrangements accurately in the collection system.
Meet daily and weekly production goals (Calls and sales made). Must have an excellent work history with a strong record of job stability.
Complies with all company policies and procedures
