As the Wrike Sales Development Rep, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers thru phone and email. You will establish the relationship and identify their needs to determine the opportunities that meet the qualification criteria for our Account Executive Team. You are passionate and enthusiastic about a career in professional sales. You are excited about technology and have a can-do positive, proactive attitude. You have a desire to learn and grow and have strong written & verbal communication skills. You possess strong interpersonal skills which allows you to liaison with customers, sales teams, marketing, and other supporting business units. How You'll make an impact
- By supporting marketing efforts by following up on inbound leads and inquiries.
- By understanding our buyer personas and the needs/"pains" of your market.
- By conducting research on the prospect and their organization and leverage thoughtful personalization in your outreach across email, phone and LinkedIn.
- By persuading prospects to have a call or taking a meeting with a Wrike Account Executive.
- By qualifying prospects to help improve conversion rates from Discovery Call to Opportunity.
- By routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives for further development and closure.
- By using tools such as Salesforce, Slack, Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- By working closely with other SDRs, Senior Sales Executives, and Marketing to improve and perfect our messaging

You will stand out with
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- 1+ years experience in a Sales Development or similar role in a B2B business
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated success of reaching monthly and quarterly targets
- Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce
- Strong work ethic and a 'Can Do' attitude
