Job Purpose:
We are looking for a full-time Sales Representative who will uphold our values and continue to improve on our impressive growth over the last few years.
A high EQ and sense for teamwork is important as the business (and the role within our team) is varied, fast-paced, with inter-reliance throughout the sales team and company. The role is primarily based in our office in El Segundo along with the rest of the sales team

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Regular communication with customers on upcoming orders, new products to develop and confirmation of logistics and pricing.
- New business development work in reaching out to and establishing new accounts in a constantly evolving industry. While the bulk of the sales focus is on developing our strong existing customer base we are looking for someone who has the skills and more importantly the drive to ‘hunt’ for new opportunities.
- Develop an understanding of the products and be a good advocate for the products and brands that we represent.
- Constantly get an understanding of and communicate within the team the trade factors, market and supply information to add to our collective ‘pulse’ of constantly evolving developments in the North American Seafood marketplace.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers and the rest of the team here to embed yourself in our Lee Fish eco-system.
- Follow the sale through to delivery to the customer, including freight and logistics problem solving and communication.
- Manage communication around receivables and payment terms with customers.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, business, marketing, agricultural/animal science or related studies
- 2-year prior food service, logistics/freight and/or sales background preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tools
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay range dependent on candidate and experience
- Quarterly commissions and bonus structure

Pay: $67,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
