Sales Representative, Federal Healthcare IT Job at T-Rex Solutions
The Healthcare IT Federal Sales Representative at T-Rex Solutions is responsible for identifying, developing, and supporting the winning of new business in the Federal Healthcare IT Market.
Responsibilities:
- Client facing, focusing on lead generation and outbound sales.
- Develop a call sheet of agencies and contacts to then reach out and engage with federal partners to discuss T-Rex value proposition.
- Conducts analysis of competitive and industry trends to identify new vehicles, opportunity pipeline and partnerships.
- Works with capture resources to develop the overall sales strategy and performs associated opportunity marketing.
- Maintains an accurate pipeline and can present opportunities for the management team to make effective and timely decisions.
Requirements:
- A track record of selling and winning new business.
- Technical prowess to understand and communicate the T-Rex value proposition.
- Ability to build relationships with new clients and partners to accelerate growth.
- Drive to meet new people, a thirst for understanding their environment, and the interpersonal skills to be an active listener who asks probing and relevant questions to shape opportunities.
- Ability to analyze industry trends and competitive landscape.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree desired
- Relationships with clients and partners in the target agencies (ex. HHS, VA, DHA)
- Knowledge of Healthcare IT agencies (HHS, VA, DHA)
- Knowledge of IT Modernization missions and technology platforms.

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $100,800 - $130,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
