RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE SERVICES is a licensed mortgage banker whose objectives remain to combine the highest level of service, cutting edge technology, diverse mortgage products and competitive interest rates expected from a large bank with the personal attention of a proud community lender.
We are currently looking for a bright, enthusiastic person who prides themselves on being reliable, honest and hardworking. Responsibilities and Skills
- Must be computer savvy, candidate required to have her/his own computer/laptop (Home stable internet), earpiece or earphones for the phone
- Must be able to answer phones in a polite and timely manner
- Work with social networks (facebook, instagram, e-mail, etc.)
- Good written and verbal communication skills: written, verbal, listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- MS Office: Word, Excel, Different software platforms
- Completing data input, filing, and projects as needed
- Organized and multi-task oriented
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Positive Attitude, team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.50 per hour
