Our company is adding new state of art facility using renewral engery in Ravenswood, WV. We are searching talented Sr. Electrical Maintenance Engineer who has expereince in set-up/design/start-up/maintain manufacturing plant.

This position will require relocation to Ravenswood, WV area after completion of construction. (Estimated Jun 2023).

Job Description

This role will be in support of the new site in Ravenswood, WV. This role will be primarily focused on project management during the design and construction phases of the project. The role will be based out of Pittsburgh, PA during the design and construction phase but will require travel to the site. Once the site is commissioned, the role will be responsible for electrical maintenance engineering activities to maximize safety, quality, and productivity in the daily maintenance of plant equipment in order to drive continuous improvements to equipment availability and throughput.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for project management during the design and construction phase
• Responsible for electrical safety design modifications and improvements to equipment and facilities
• Responsible for electrical safety investigations and corrective actions
• Responsible for developing, documenting, and improving preventive maintenance programs in order to support the improvement or equipment availability and throughput
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment failures and loss of production
• Assist maintenance and provide technical guidance required to return equipment to operation so as to minimize downtime and lost production
• Provide "on call" support"
• Supervise and schedule daily work for plant electronic technicians
• Work with planning to prepare, coordinate, and maintain schedules for extended production outages and major maintenance work
• Work with maintenance supervisors and department managers to determine priorities and establish schedules
• Support the management and maintaining of the information required for utilizing the plant computerized maintenance management system
• Work with maintenance craftsmen and operations to resolve equipment failures

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Formal training or experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Project/maintenance engineering or maintenance supervisor position with a minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
