The Global Commercial Finance team works with stakeholders across the world and shares valuable analysis and reporting with the Sr. Management.

Our Workplace offers flexibility and a Hybrid work model for office-based employees that typically consists of 3 days in our North Chicago office, IL and 2 days of remote work.

As a Senior Financial Analyst you will support specific financial planning and analysis processes and important team projects making a lasting contribution to the success of the company:

• Ensure meaningfulness of management reports and effectiveness of current reporting processes and systems
• Provide Plan and Long Range Plan reporting and consolidation of financial material as required, using BPC, excel and Power BI.
• Provide planning and reporting guidance and work directly with US and international business area counterparts and sister functions.
• Analyze and understand results and communicate risks to Senior Management
• Support the finance system transformation, developing and enhancing reports in BPC and Power BI.
• Effective interaction with cross functional and international peers will help you to gather, review and prepare financial analysis and share with Key Stakeholders.
• Reconcile data across multiple sources of input and implement your ideas about process improvements.
• As a member of the global finance team, you will provide accurate and timely analysis to meet important due dates and project timelines.
• This role reports up to a Commercial FP&A Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA or MBA a plus.
• Minimum 3+ years of progressive and related experience.
• Strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Support Finance Lead and Finance manager led projects
• Team player
• Knowledge of SAP and BPC or similar multidimension planning solutions and Advanced Excel skills required, Power BI is a plus

Key Stakeholders:

• Provides direct business support to functional business leaders, including VP(s), directors and managers.
• Collaborates with International Areas, Corporate finance, extended Global Commercial Finance Team, Global Marketing, Margin Accounting Group and project managers.
