The Workforce Efficiency Group provides an Enterprise Content Management solution, combining the capture, search and networking of documents with digital archiving, document management and automated workflow through research and data analysis throughout the agency to enhance DMV’s flow of information and streamline processes while also supporting agency mission and objectives as well as programs and initiatives within the operating areas of the agency.

This senior analyst position manages large-scale and special projects, and provides guidance to other staff. Works closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful design, development, implementation, and support of Workforce Efficiency Group effort to implement automation of business processes throughout the agency.

Additionally this position is responsible for providing support to facilitate teams to define scope, requirements and specifications, detailed design, system development, system testing and acceptance, issue identification and resolution, and to support the full implementation stages of new processes and systems for WEG. The incumbent in this position works independently, performs extensive technical research, trains and guides other staff.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience with leading design sessions.
  • Experience with independent decision making , following and completing project tasks independently.
  • Extensive Project Management experience.
  • Experience with research and evaluation techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience in methodologies for improving organizational performance such as business process reengineering.
  • Experience in planning and developing goals, objectives and operating policies and guidelines.
  • Experience in effective formal presentations.
  • Skilled in working effectively with others and negotiating successful outcomes, garner support, negotiate, and gain stakeholder buy-in.
  • Experience working under pressure , managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Considerable skill in the use of a personal computer, utilizing spreadsheets, databases, flowcharts, project management software, word processing software, and document imaging and/or OnBase.



Preferred Qualifications


  • Extensive OnBase experience including the use of OnBase for solution design.
  • Experience with any other Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Solution.
