About the Role
As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you have an opportunity to make a transformative and lasting impact at Spin, by envisioning, designing, implementing and leading best practices and multi-faceted talent acquisition strategy and programs to support our rapid growth across the globe.
You will lead the Talent Acquisition Team reporting to the Director at Talent. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a vision for the global talent attraction and acquisition for Spin.
Developing and enhancing our recruiting model, strategy, and programs to deliver on current and future hiring needs. You will develop programs to curate an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring we have thoughtful diversity and inclusion practices to attract the best talent in the mobility industry. You will be expected to leverage your experience as an entrepreneurial TA professional who has a strategic mindset and a track record of bringing innovative strategies to reality. You are a thought leader and a trusted advisor, with strength in building relationships across matrixed organizations through collaboration, trust and influence. You have experience successfully managing complex programs, projects, budgets, and deadlines and working across all levels of leadership.
THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT SPIN
- Build and develop a team of Recruiting Partners dedicated to support our growth in our US offices
- Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to the team
- Manage the US recruitment team and provide strategic insight into pipeline growth, maintenance and management
- Envision, design, implement and deliver an effective talent acquisition strategy to source and attract the highest caliber of talent to support Spin’s strategic priorities, growth, brand promise and candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your key internal stakeholders so they can trust your judgment and expert knowledge
- Build a strong pipeline and engage talent optimising innovative sourcing techniques, such as sourcing tools, social media etc
- Select AI solutions to improve candidate experience, matching, success rate, and sentiment analysis.
- You use data to make informed decisions and use that data to create a world class recruitment function for business recruiting and hiring forecast identifying the key hiring metrics
- Bring exceptional business acumen to challenge the norm and transition all activities to make us innovative and proactive in everything you do
- Use you experience to work across all recruiting teams with exceptional stakeholder management
- Design and deliver a thoughtful and intentional diversity and inclusion strategy for talent acquisition and recruiting practices.
- Own the employer brand and develop initiatives using blogs, podcasts, meetups and features to help us stand out as the number one employer
- Communicate and enforce organisational values & influence the company culture
- Be an expert an owner of our recruiting tools - Greenhouse & Workday
YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of broad recruiting and business experience required, with at least 2 years managing and leading a recruiting function preferably within a scale up environment
- You have experience with Blue Collar or Bulk Hiring Recruitment to be able to hit the ground running
- Previous experience in leading high performing teams and delivering against targets in a fast paced environment
- Profound experience of managing and motivating teams in a high growth environment
- You have a track-record of owning end-to-end recruitment processes and you put great value on an extraordinary candidate experience
- You bring experience of working in a global team and have the ability to manage communication strategies, making processes consistent and delivering in a hyper growth environment
- You are tech savvy and you know how to engage with talent globally using a broad range of sourcing techniques
- You bring an analytical and creative approach to tackling hiring problems
- You know how to balance the different requirements of selling, partnering and challenging your key internal stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, ability to assess and translate business strategies and workforce implications.
- You are able to communicate in a concise and structured manner in English
