Server Job at Cesare's at the Beach
Cesare's at the Beach is hiring servers. We are a local owned restaurant that is well established on Clearwater Beach. Our focus is to deliver extraordinary service to accompany our authentic, Italian cuisine.
At least 4 years of restaurant experience is needed. This must include either high volume, and/or fine dining experience. Our ideal candidate is:
- Responsible and reliable
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. We are closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas
- Well seasoned in the proper steps of service and food safety
- Knowledge of wine and upscale dining procedure
- Exhibits absolute professionalism through their attitude and well kept grooming
- Free of substance abuse of any kind, such as drugs or alcohol
- Possesses great personality and communication skills
