• Provide exceptional customer service on every guest interaction, answer phones, serve hot

food and cold beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including
answering questions about the menu.

• Input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payment using a credit card reader

or cash register, calculating change accurately and quickly as required.

• Work together with the kitchen team to prepare foods such as sandwiches, pizza, wings and

salads while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements.

• Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily using restaurant checklists, being sharply focused on

food safety, following high standards of cleanliness, sweeping, and mopping floors, washing
and sanitizing kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms.

• Communicate effectively with team members and management to create product prep

and flow of orders within allotted time frames, train new employees, and priding yourself on
willingness to be a team player and working diligently to provide each guest with a
phenomenal return worthy experience.

• Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems

according to company policy.

• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to company dress

code as outlined in our handbook and following standard food safe guidelines.
