A new farm-to-table American diner in Airway Heights, WA is seeking a part-time server. The diner will be open 6AM - 2PM Wednesday through Sunday. Hours for this role will initially be limited to Friday-Sunday, with additional hours becoming available this summer.

Role Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders, and ensure that food and drinks are delivered to the table correctly and in a timely fashion.
• Support opening and closing duties.
• Manage inventory and communicate when items need to be ordered.
• Store food products in compliance with safety practices
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Stand and lift heavy items for extended periods

Applicate Requirements:

• 2-3 years of serving experience
• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to remove ego from conflict and work toward a resolution for both parties
• Commitment to continual learning
