Stan’s Tacos’ is hiring Service Crew Members who live out our value of Uncommon Hospitality! Stan’s Tacos Service Crew Members are responsible for ensuring all guests have the Uncommon Hospitality experience that sets Stan’s Tacos apart. They provide friendly accommodating table service, and ensure fast and fresh delivery of food.

As a Stan’s Tacos Service Crew Member, you will play the following role on our team:

• Treat all guests and teammates with Uncommon Hospitality ensuring every guest has a great experience
• Own the guest experience from the initial greet, guiding guests through ordering, delivery of their food & beverage, check backs with guests to ensure a great service experience, process payments following established practices and procedures, clear and clean tables in the full-service section quickly between guests
• Resolve guest issues with Uncommon Hospitality, partnering with the leadership team as needed
• Strictly follow all federal and state mandated liquor laws by monitoring the number of alcoholic beverages each guest orders and ensures they aren’t over-served
• Train new Service Crew as directed by the leadership team

We expect our Stan’s Tacos Service Crew Members to have the following qualifications:

• Previous server or host experience
• Great customer service skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to effectively communicate and be a great team player in a fast pace, sometimes stressful environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs at a time
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
