Tonkin Hillsboro Ford, a top-rated dealership conveniently located on SW Tualatin Valley Highway, is seeking out a Service Appointment Setter to join our growing service department! This is a great opportunity for someone to get their foot in the door to start a long-term career in the automotive industry. Our Service Appointment Setters provide customer service to our clients by assisting with scheduling service appointments for maintenance and repair and helping with overflow phone calls, and cold calls. The ideal candidate would have prior automotive service experience with great phone etiquette.

Service Appointment Setter Job Responsibilities

• Assist in-store guests as needed and with Rental vehicle check-in/out.
• Answering the phone, making appointments, and answering questions.
• Making outbound appointments and follow-up calls.
• Assist with paperwork processing and internal communications.
• Other duties that may arise in the Service Department.

Service Appointment Setter Qualifications

• 1 year of phone etiquette.
• 1 year of customer service.
• Driver’s License.
• HS Diploma

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
