Applicants must have at least 2 years of Deli Manager experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to.
Manage daily activities of employees to improve sales performance.
Supervise employees in various duties such as cooking, serving, packaging, and operating cash register and counter.
Assist in preparation of inventory and sales budget.
Schedule and assign work for associates on daily basis.
Provide training to staff on company policies and sales guidelines.
Responds to queries and complaints from both customer and employee.
Analyze profit and loss statements and recommend improvements to meet department goals.
Coordinate with employees to operate the Deli department to achieve sales goals.
Oder supplies
Monitor and maintain stock inventory levels to avoid over and under stock problems.
Ensure that the Deli is maintained neat, clean, and safe.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
