Description:

Our customer is looking for a Serviceability Representative that will be part of a team speaking with potential customers about potential service/offerings in their area.

This resource will be in charge of communicating between customers and internal teams, while managing some databases around Serviceability (which is basically the ability to provide our customer's services to a specific area). Analyzing databases to see if they have infrastructure there today, see if they need to build, etc., and pass along to appropriate team members.

The position will be remote to start but may require in-office as much as 3 days a week.

The candidate will need strong communication skills, as they will be communicating heavily with customers. The candidate will also need to have good problem solving skills and be fluent with using Google Chrome and working with multiple windows open at once.

Top Skills Details:

1. 1+ Years of customer service or call center experience (Telecommunications industry is a huge plus)

2. Ability to communicate efficiently internally and externally.

3. Solid computer skills and attention to detail.
