Shop Production Administrator
A privately owned utility construction company headquartered in Conshohocken, Pa is seeking experienced Shop Production Administrators for its Egg Harbor Township location. The Shop Production Administrator is responsible for maintaining the inventory of all shop equipment/tooling, ensuring that all machines requiring calibration are in compliance as well as working closely with shop personnel to ensure the field crews are properly equipped.
Qualified candidates must possess the following:
- Some mechanical experience and skills working on construction tooling with ability to assist Lead Mechanic
- Ability to perform field tool inventory
- Ability to multi-task
- 1-2 years Administrative support experience preferred
- Good organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to navigate and work in varying computer software including MS Word, MS Excel as well as several web based programs
- Communications skills: oral and written,
- Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain a positive relationship with personnel
- Ability to work well within a team environment
Pre-employment requirements: All successful candidates must pass drug screen and background check. Must have a valid driver’s license.
