Responsibilities
- Following company guidelines when determining the condition and functionality of customer trade-in(s).
- Adhering to company standards when inputting findings into the Inventory Management system, ensuring information is both legible and inclusive for all departments.
- Staying informed on the latest consumer electronic trends.
- Confirming that customer correspondence for all trade-in(s) is clear and concise.
Qualifications
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working with electronics or a strong willingness to learn.
- The ability to self-direct.
- Proven time management skills.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- Very strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
