Responsibilities

• Following company guidelines when determining the condition and functionality of customer trade-in(s).
• Adhering to company standards when inputting findings into the Inventory Management system, ensuring information is both legible and inclusive for all departments.
• Staying informed on the latest consumer electronic trends.
• Confirming that customer correspondence for all trade-in(s) is clear and concise.

Qualifications

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience working with electronics or a strong willingness to learn.
• The ability to self-direct.
• Proven time management skills.
• Excellent critical thinking skills.
• Very strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
