The Role:

As a Social Media & Influencer Coordinator at Facet, you will help drive the development and management of Facet Wealth’s fast-paced client acquisition strategy through media and affiliate partnerships. You’ll work with the Sr. Manager and Sr. Director of Growth Marketing, leveraging your knowledge of social media, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, analytics, project management, and creative development while also partnering cross-functionally with Sales, CRM, Content & PR teams to hit aggressive growth targets and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

  • Execute on strategy and creative production of social media posts across digital media networks, potentially including: Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, as well as new & emerging platforms
  • Implement initiatives that will generate user growth and positive sentiment for Facet through social channels
  • Help define cohesive voice and tone for all communication on social media channels
  • Engage with followers via direct messages and comments, in partnership with Facet’s customer service team
  • Define KPIs for social media campaigns
  • Proactively conduct ongoing influencer discovery research and recruitment to ensure continued growth of multiple influencer community groups based on marketing objectives
  • Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network for Facet’s influencer program and brand engagement opportunities
  • Keep an eye on social media trends for opportunities to engage and join in on conversation on Facet channels
  • Assist with building out a differentiated, authoritative voice with content, partnerships, opportunities and events, while driving virality in existing communities
  • Crack the social media content code for Facet and work cross functionally to amplify executives, employees, clients & influencers voices.
  • Deliver monthly social and influencer program reporting, working closely with SEO and Facet’s PR agencies to present leadership and the broader Marketing team. Will on occasion be required to do ad hoc reporting and analysis for business reviews and requests around owned programs.

Basic Qualification:

  • 2+ years of related performance marketing experience (social media, influencer marketing preferred)
  • 2+ years in social media management, content marketing, influencer relations or a related field
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • In-depth understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok) as well as emerging platforms
  • Experience running business pages/accounts and developing social campaigns that spark buzz across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and beyond
  • High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, Salesforce as well as a strong grasp of funnel analytics, A/B testing, and metrics driven performance marketing
  • Ability to create high-quality, of-the-moment content

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passionate about the role social media, influencers and ambassadors can play in an integrated marketing plan
  • Ability to lead all steps of the influencer programming process (i.e. identifying influencers, vetting influencers, drafting offer letters, negotiations, review process, program execution and wrap reports)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
  • Superb organizational and client service skills
  • A proven self-starter and proactive communicator
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and demonstrate exceptional time and calendar management skills
  • You are willing to fully adopt and champion the Facet brand internally and externally
  • You constantly push the upper bound and are innovative in how you think about solving problems
  • Knowledge of best practices for all top social media platforms and FTC guidelines
  • Proficient at keeping a pulse on culture and what is relevant and sharing that information with internal teams and clients

  • $55,000 - $65,000 annual salary + bonus determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant - Please note, our salary ranges are based on current market data.
