Lee's Summit Pointe is a recently renovated 60 bed skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility with resort like amenities. Our facility has a open concept gym fully equipped with parallel bars, mat table, ultrasound/e-stim, neurostep bike and plenty of windows and natural light! Our ADL spaces include a functional kitchen in the therapy gym as well as a home like bathroom including tub to assist our patients in returning to home. We have a compassionate and dedicated nursing team and a fun, high energy in-house therapy team with veteran therapists who are dedicated to our residents and patients and improving their quality of life. We see a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses and both short term rehab patients as well as long term care residents. We are a newly formed healthcare company whose goal is to become the premier inpatient rehab provider in the communities we serve.

We are looking for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated staff. We seek an SLP who is a self-motivated healthcare professional with a passion for thinking out of the box, developing patient center clinical progamming, and providing outstanding care to meet the diverse needs of our patients.

Requirements of the job:

• Valid state license

• Completion of accredited therapy program

• Some experience in a skilled nursing setting is a plus but we welcome therapists with all levels of experience to apply.
