How you will contribute:
You will provide HR leadership and being the primary HR Business Partner supporting 1000+ employees/management at the Covington site. Lead HR/Talent Management/Retention strategies. Will manage the creation, implementation, and evaluation of strategic HR plans to support our needs.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership to the HR team in implementing function HR plans and programs.- Participate in local talent planning which includes implementation of function-wide development plans and talent management support including support of leadership assessment process.
- Data management responsibilities may include processing workflow changes in PS, conducting audits of data, performing earnings uploads and data correction workflows.
- Maintain measurement systems and analyze data to determine the impact of HR programs and talent plans.
- Communicate/trains management and employees in the use of HR policies, and programs.
- Help resolve moderately complex issues by assessing situations, pulling data to analyze issues, and making recommendations based on analyses.
- Will independently lead and deliver completion of projects.
- Advise and coach employees and managers on development and performance issues.
- Will conduct new employee/leadership training or presentations.
- Responsible for administration of Reasonable Accommodation policy and process.
- Champion talent engagement/retention cultural programs.
- Must have process management/process improvement skills.
- Must be willing to enter our client group work areas and make self available during off shift hours to conduct business; including investigations or focus groups.
- Must have relevant employee relations/conflict resolution experience of applicable GA and federal employment labor laws.
- Must have a working experience of other HR management components such as staffing, training, compensation, performance management, change leadership, organizational design and workforce planning.
- Have experience disciplined action and execution in Human Resource roles.
- Lead process improvements, and promote teamwork.
What you bring to Takeda:
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree. Master's in Human Resources or Business.- At least 7 years of relevant HR professional experience, at least 3 years in a Human Resources Business Partner role.
- Must have employee relations experience.
- Relevant Industry or previous Manufacturing industry experience

- Maintain confidentiality of HR, E&C and Company information
Other Job Requirements
Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 25 lbs.- In general, your work will be a combination of sedentary work and walking around observing conditions in the facility and having informal discussions with employees on the floor.
- Will work in controlled environments requiring special gowning. Will follow gowning requirements and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body.
- No make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish or artificial fingernails may be worn in the manufacturing environment.
- Will work in a cold, wet environment
- May work in a confined area.
- Some Clean Room and cool/hot storage conditions.

Important Considerations
At Takeda, our patients rely on us to deliver quality products. As a result, we must follow strict rules in our manufacturing facilities to ensure we are not endangering the quality of the product. You may:
Work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body. This may include additional hearing protection for loud areas.- Need to remove all make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish and artificial fingernails while in the manufacturing environment.
- Work in a cold, wet environment.
- Work multiple shifts, including weekends, or be asked to work supplemental hours.
- Work around chemicals such as alcohol, acids, buffers and Celite that may require respiratory protection.
