Position: Staffing Coordinator
Location: 4426 Evans to Locks Rd.
Evans, GA 30809
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8A-4:30P
Our office is seeking a dedicated Staffing Coordinator for our local Augusta branch! Consolidated Medical Staffing primarily focuses on partnering with local healthcare facilities and assisting them with staffing shortages.
A candidate for this role should have prior experience as a Staffing Coordinator or experience with recruitment. This person works directly with the Branch Manager, Office Manager, Lead Staffing Recruiter, Payroll dept., and field staff employees to coordinate schedules for multiple healthcare facilities on a daily ongoing basis.
Responsibilities
- Work on and staff all medical facility needs quickly
- Communicate with facility staffing coordinators to help fill needs
- Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation
- Develop relationships with field staff as well as facility staff
Skills
- Proven experience as staffing coordinator or similar position
- Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable with a respect to confidentiality
- Excellent memory recall and attention to detail
