Lawton Welding Co., Inc. is seeking, an experienced Iron Worker for full-time work on a Boston Residents Job located at 5 Washington St. in Brighton, MA. Lawton Welding, Co., Inc. is located at 240 Boston St., Topsfield, MA 01983. Preferred candidates will be residents, minorities and/or female and meet the following qualifications and requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Read and understand blueprints/plans
- Set up and operate welding machines
- Observe strict safe work habits
- Familiar with the following:
- SMAW & FCAW
- Plasma Cutters
- Mag Drills
- Aerial Equipment
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in steel fabrication, erection
- FCAW & SMAW ability to get certified
- OSHA 30 certified; NFPA74 certified
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
