Sunset Key Ambassador Job at Opal Key Resort & Marina
We are seeking a Resort Ambassador at Sunset Key Cottages.
As a Resort Ambassador, you will
· Ensure a warm guest welcome for every guest, every time.
· Answer inquiries regarding local directions.
· Answer inquiries on ground transportation options and fares.
· Open vehicle doors.
· Remove luggage from vehicles and confirm number of pieces collected.
· Direct guests to the boat to Sunset Key from Opal Key Resort & Marina
· Attentively manage guest requests and effectively handle guest difficulties with prompt courtesy.
· Communicate guest requests to the appropriate department, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
· Use the hotel computers, radios, and phones to assist guests as needed
Qualifications:
· Must have a Valid Driver’s License
· Must have excellent customer service skills
· Physical requirements include extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling and lifting up to 50-100 lbs.
· Must be detail oriented
· Must possess excellent time management and organization skills
