Heytutor is looking to hire Elementary School Instructors in Wailuku.* This is a part-time, onsite position* and we're looking to hire 3 tutors who can assist students of 3rd, 4th and 5th grade levels during regular school hours. The pay is $20 per hour and we are aiming to fill this role within the week.

JOB INFORMATION

Due to the pandemic, most students have fallen behind in school. Many of them are unable to receive additional support during the school day to relearn concepts they were taught in the previous year. Due to this, we’re seeking individuals who are passionate about working with kids to help them get caught up, bridge their learning gaps, and excel for a brighter future.

You must be comfortable passing an IN-PERSON background check.

SCHEDULE

Monday-Thursday for 5 hours per day (20 hours per week)

Tutors needed during school hours (8:30-1:30pm)

REQUIREMENTS

• Tutoring experience or passionate about working with kids
• Comfortable working in a classroom setting with small groups
• Clear fingerprint background check (provided by us)
• COVID-19 Vaccination
• Negative TB Test Result
