We are looking for a passionate and organized Remote Team Member to join our team in Maitland, FL, US. You will be responsible for providing support to clients remotely, interacting with clients virtually, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience with remote customer service, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Compensation:$25 - $36 hourly
Responsibilities:- Manage customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve service quality.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide appropriate responses.
- Proactively suggest improvements to the customer service process.
- Assist with customer onboarding, training, and troubleshooting.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or food service
- US work authorization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
