Third Shift Warehouse Supervisor Job at Snider Blake Personnel
Snider-Blake, in partnership with CTDI, is seeking Experienced Supervisors for our Monroe facility!
Job Duties:
- Overseeing and supervising the systematic and operational functions of a high volume order processing line.
- Managing metrics and flow for processing, accuracy and on-time commitment of daily orders.
- Training, motivating, and supporting a staff of employees in all areas of company and departmental procedures and expectations.
- Evaluate performance deficiencies of department employees and document counseling as required.
- Complete employee attendance and payroll requirements.
- Prepare and administer daily performance feedback and reporting as required.
- Oversee that shift work is handled in a safe and secure manner.
- Oversee that daily safety checks of the facility and equipment are carried out in a timely manner.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to waist high level.
Required Experience:
- 2-4 years Supervisory experience, preferably in a Line Leadership role.
- Associates Degree is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Monroe, OH: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- Warehouse supervisor: 1 year (Required)
