As a Shop Service Technician with Kubota of Harrison , you will utilize your top-tier technical skills to exceed customer expectations to improve customer satisfaction and maximize customer retention. This position will focus on construction equipment customers and be well versed in all areas of agriculture equipment repairs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage diagnostics, repairs, maintenance and test tasks associated with the job
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Set up new equipment for customer delivery
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Advise Service Manager, Service Advisor, and at times the Customer on the equipment repairs needed
• Operate tools and equipment in a safe manner

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for insurance
• Proven service experience/great mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand on your feet up to eight hours a day
• Great communication skills and problem-solving skills
• A technical degree is preferred but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
