Our Virtual Branch Representatives make money management easy for our members by eliminating the need for them to travel to the branch in person. Accurately completing member requests, transactions and inquiries on every call while providing an exceptional service experience is expected on a daily basis.

Important Details: This position is eligible to be performed remotely within the Credit Union's hiring territory which includes the following states: AZ, CA, FL, GA, ID, MO, MT, NH, OK, OR, PA, TX, or WA. The position requires the ability to work a schedule of 9:00am- 5:30pm Pacific Time. A rotating Saturday schedule of 10:00am- 2:00pm is required for all team members. The pay range for this role is $20.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

About you:

• Previous call center experience or retail banking experience desired
• Ability to build sustainable relationships and trust with members through open and eager to assist communication.
• Eager to learn about our products and services

What your role would look like:

• Working on a call center environment to answer incoming calls from our members.
• Closely adhering to policy and procedures to protect our member's information.
• Providing exceptional customer service to our members and building trust with them to encourage a long-term relationship.
