Position Purpose:

This position has responsibility for developing and/or acquiring images for a variety of projects. Executes the design, layout and formatting of training and other materials. This role establishes standards and templates for both eLearning and paper-based training materials. Demonstrates a strong sense of concept development, in addition to communication, research and problem-solving skills. For new technologies and learning methods, this role will also assist with the adoption and use of those technologies across the business units.

Key Job Activities:

• Works closely with the Creative Director and stakeholders to support creative execution of sales enablement materials and corporate communications while following the company's established brand

• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts

• Author and edit originating content for any medium

• Take online presentation concepts and carry them through the creative development process. Includes consultation, creative direction, storyboarding, prototyping and deployment

• A high degree of technical and creative proficiency with multi-media and content development toolsets

• Generates and manipulates graphic images and content at the direction of the Creative Director

• Proficient in project management tools to manage initiates from start to finish with key stakeholders

• Participates in regular team brainstorming on how to best showcase products and services within marketing efforts in a multitude of formats

• Continues to stay informed of technologies, design concepts that will address changing needs and future direction of the department and its offerings

• While minimal, must be able to travel

• Perform other duties and participate in special projects as required or requested
