This position is eligible for a flexible work schedule arrangement at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.


Your Responsibilities


As a Worldwide Forecast Analyst for John Deere North American Parts Distribution Center located in Milan, Illinois, you will:


  • Establish and maintain forecast for specific factories and/product lines, ensuring that customer support objectives and percent fill and inventory objectives of asset turn are met.
  • Provide factories and suppliers with service part requirement plans that bring sufficient material into the distribution network to support forecasted needs while utilizing appropriate material replenishment tactics and strategies.
  • Review inventory positions across worldwide distribution networks and respond to imbalances through efficient re-distribution of inventory.
  • Process Daily worldwide backorders, respond to changes in demand or inventory levels and interact with factories and Supply Management by placing/expediting requirements as necessary.

  • Experience within a Supply Management, Orders Fulfillment Analytics, Customer Support and/or Manufacturing/Operations position

Education


Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Analytics, Supply Management, Accounting, or Finance
