Tri- Valley Orthopedic Specialists, Inc is a full comprehensive, multi-specialty, state-of-the-art orthopedic practice providing high level services to the community in Pleasanton, San Ramon and Tracy with X-ray, MRI, ultrasound, Ortho Tech department, DME, Physical and Occupational Therapy on site with an immediate opening for an experienced X-Ray Technologist. We currently have an opening for a full time and part time/per diem. Candidate must be willing to travel to all our locations (Pleasanton, San Ramon, or occasionally, Tracy).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: This person performs x-rays with proper technique and physician protocols, must have good communication skills and be able to interact maturely with patients. Uses proper measures to assure patient safety duringx-rays. Performs specific QA on x-ray machinery. Utilizes PACS system and EMR as needed. Performs safe transport of patients as needed. Heavy lifting to assist patients. Assists with rooming patients, cleaning exam rooms after each patient.

Experience in Orthopedic a plus. Spanish speaking a plus. Experience with Athena a plus.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Current CRT License

• AA Degree from an Accredited Radiological Technologist program
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
